My licence key isn't working

Make sure you've pasted the key exactly as it appears in your confirmation email — no extra spaces. If it still fails, send us a message with your order email and we'll sort it immediately.
I didn't receive my licence after payment

Check your spam folder first. If the email isn't there within 10 minutes of purchase, contact us with your payment reference and we'll resend it manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at support@gantryworks.co with "Cancel" in the subject line. We'll cancel immediately and confirm by email. You keep access until your annual period ends. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund?

Yes. If PromptPatch isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. After 30 days, refunds are handled case by case.
My prompts disappeared after reinstalling

Prompt data is stored in Chrome's local extension storage and doesn't survive uninstall. The Export feature (Markdown or JSON) is the best way to back up your library before any reinstall.
